The shipping timeframe for the shipping speed selected does not start until after our processing time of 3-5 business days before shipping.
Delivery estimates are based on the day shipped and not the day ordered. All orders are shipped through FedEx or UPS. If you have any concerns about delivery or availability, please contact Customer Care using the Help button at the bottom of the page or via email at

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No, for now our online and brick & mortar locations operate entirely independently. If you need to return an online order, the return must be processed online.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
