Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and if applicable, tags must still be intact to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that all items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

The only way to receive a refund or exchange is to use the above portal.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for photo evidence.
Exchanges
Using our return portal offers the ability to exchange for any product on the site.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@sportstreasures.com.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
You can expect a refund to be issued for your return within 7 business days of being received back at our warehouse.
All refunds are returned back to the original form of payment, and may post within 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
We are only able to issue refunds to the original form of payment at this time.
Please note that we are unable to ship out replacement orders for gift purchases to a new address.
Can I return a product purchased at a retail location through the site?
No, we are only able to accept returns for items purchased directly through our site, www.sportstreasures.com.
